weigh in week 2

An update - had my Weight Watchers meeting and lost 2 lbs!!  I am happy with that.

  1. Yay for you! That is so exciting. I'd love to hear what kinds of things you are eating for dinners. That is tough for me on WW. Breakfast is easy, lunch I eat Smart Ones..but dinner is tricky.

  2. Niki - well I weigh in on Saturdays, so weekends end up being shot for me, I do what I want basically. Ahhh - how much more weight might i be losing if i watched it on the weekends and didn't have to play catch up the first day or 2 after - that's 4 days!!! anyway, during the week I try to save points for dinner bc like you, bfast and lunch are easy for me. I add fruit and vegs to my dinner to bulk it -- like one fajita not two like I would have, and loaded w vegs...

    So basically, I got nothin for ya, sorry :(
